Pyaar ka izhaar hamesha zuban nahi karti…
Dilo ki dhadkan me zuban ki nahi chalti…
Kyun pyaar ki batein hamesha labzz hi kare bayan…
Aankhen agar mil jaye toh labzon ki jarurat nahi hoti…

Har Hasi ki koi vajah nahi hoti…
Kuch hoti hai khass kuch bevajah hoti hai….
Halki si hasi me chipe hote hai kahi raaz…
Agar nikal jati hai khulke toh bayan karti hai saare raaz…!!

Nov 7th..

It galloped me in our first encounter,
Arriving on me without a premonition.
Without my breakfast, I starved at an hr,
Its sweet taste was a belly filler.

Making me freeze with its gentle touch,
I tried catching her but she slipped so much.
Her first presence made me feel awww,
She came and went one after another.

I stood there in frantic, watching every bit of her
Her gracious touch was now turning into water.
Keeping me away for 2 yrs 3 mths and 240hrs,
She embraced me as my first snow experience..!!

Past and Present

Image result for people helping others

Image result for people fighting

Growth was implicit and not explained at birth,

Life was meant to be precious and full of mirth.

We were born buxom with innate delicacy,

Every act of ours was treated with purity.

The dingy clouds signified arrival of rains,

While some standing still gave shivering pains.

Growing years of life made everyday tough,

Simile to a sprout popping out of the rough.

Imagination and diligence was the power once a while,

Money speaks stubbornly in today’s walks of life.

People are to be loved and things to be used,

Switching the words above gave rise to excuse.

Promises once given meant to be kept in real,

Changing of years made promises ethereal.

To love someone was two-sided analogous,

Changing times have made love look frivolous.

Groups were made by general interaction,

Seeking to get accepted now happens in every situation.

Events looked delectable when served on a decorated plate,

Life today doesn’t give options to the questions on our daily slate.

Times have changed causing inhibitions and asking for explanations,

Strong..Stronger..Strongest is the only way to face today’s conjunctures..!!

Two tales

appy valentine's day1

Minutes away the winds blew sharp, Minutes away they seemed too far

At a time they were close, minutes away they were separated by far.

He walked his dreams every day, She caressed her pain on the very day.

His walk was tough but he couldn’t stop, her agony was deep still she loved apart.

Years ago his heart went gazing, years earlier she missed her beats

For him, his love was always absent, lost her love she made him present.

Like the rains, they never met closer, like the clouds they were held together,

He missed his beats looking at her, she made beats count when he was never.

Her loss made him break initially, his loss made him live in her eventually.

With every tear dropping, we wished she came alive, with blood lost filled her with inner pride.

He lost while battling his overcoming desire, she lost him while on border facing a fire.

His love for her was more physical, her love for him was universal and eternal.

He lived her pain trying to cope, she made him live even when there was no scope

He loved her one-sided while she made him absent, she loved him eternal while he was in heaven.

The story is of two best lovers, one with a guy who never got his love and one of a girl who lost him as a soldier..!!

Winter Arrives

The morning shades carried the cream,

as sun came out of the clouds.

With every inch rising in the sky,

as the time passed about.

The rays kept on marching,

clearing the gloomy night,

They fell upon my face,

Letting it about to shine.

I woke up with the rays, rising on my bed,

leaving behind the dreams, which I saw last night.

Stepping the feet on floor caused a mystic clime,

someone was on the door waiting for the climb.

As I made my day towards the quite kitchen,

a naughty cold wind playing me over dropped a giving sensation.

I opened up the window, heading my head out in the sky,

a cool breeze kissed me over leaving my lips shy.

With “a deep feeling of LOVE  freezed on my soul case”,

I looked up at the sky with a glee on my face.

Thanking God I ran to my door,

“Winter arrived at my staircase.., wanting to give me more..!!”

The Sunshine Blogger award..

It’s been only a few months, on starting this blog and here I receive my first nomination for the “Sunshine Blogger Award” from this amazing person who follows my blog and gives me motivational feedback as well..

Thank you flyingcolours603 for taking out your time, reading posts and for this nomination.

Do follow her blog ,as she pens her experiences about love, emotions, cultures and many more topics (she is versatile..:)) and believes in spreading and gaining love.

Since the beginning I was tensed on the questions asked, but when I skimmed, it was a sign of relief.. Thank you for being so kind to me 🙂

So let’s crack them..:)

Most importantly the freedom to express myself without the fear of being judged is the thing I love about blogging. Moreover giving words to ideas and making them reality is my main motto of blogging. At the same time it helps me connect with some amazing bloggers around the globe and importantly helps me to know their thoughts and makes that unseen connection with a few of them. Yes I have made some really amazing friends here whom I haven’t met in life, only coz of this simple medium of blogging.

(2)What is your favorite song?

There’s not a single one to state as there are many, of which some are in Hindi (The National language of India) and some in English as well. To name a few:

  1. Har ghadi badal rahi hai roop zindagi (Kal ho na ho)
  2. Abhi na jao chodkar (Hum Dono)
  3. Luka Chuppi (Rang de basanti)

(3)What is your dream job ?

Ahmm..Nothing turns me ON more when the camera is turned on.. I dream of acting even in my sleep.:)

(4)If you could exchange your life with anyone for one day who would that be and why ?

I can’t replace anyone, but if given a chance I will surely live the life of my Mom for a day to experience the hardships and pain she took to raise me and satisfy my needs so that once I turned in me, I promise to love her more than I do know as now I know what situations she faced to make my dreams real.

(5)Your secret romantic fantasy ?

To be with my love at Times Square when the world sleeps, so that we can have a blast..

(6)What are your habits that you hate most or want to change them ?

I love myself so much that I don’t have time to hate anybody including me.. but I would like to be more sincere in my work and stop procrastinating things, which I do sometimes..

(7)Your most embarrassing thing that happened to you ?

This was in my 9th grade and I was in the singing group of 4 when we had to sing on stage in front the dignitaries of our association and my voice turned discordant just before the event started. I was asked to stay away from mic. It was embarrassing indeed..

(8)Your favorite color ?

Blue since birth

(9)Your motive in life ?

Be a humble and a grounded human being and live a life with quality of thoughts making God and parents happy.

(10)Craziness you would like to do in life that you were not able to do ?

Walk on the Brooklyn bridge enacting the Kal ho na ho song, like SRK did it in the movie..:)

With a big sigh of relief I complete this.. Haaash……::))))

For my Elephant Lord

The festival I wait every year, from the preparation of modaks (an Indian sweet)to those numerous invitations, to visit individual friends and families as we come together to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi (Festival of Lord Ganesha).

Since 22 years on the streets of Mumbai,India I have been roaming around visiting places, houses, halls and meeting my favourite Lord. His divine presence for 11 days completely changes the atmosphere. The dance, the music, the cheer, the excitement  and the chants all at’s a different won’t find at any other place.

Since the last two years I have been voided of this, since I changed geography and came to the land of dreams, missing him who made my dreams true…Today I am happy and silent; happy coz my nation is celebrating Lord’s arrival sending me pics on various social media, of Ganesha idols and silent coz I am not a part of that fun.. whatever the case may be I know he is always there with me helping me across seven oceans and blessing me everyday like he did in the earlier years…

You came, you saw you conquered our hearts,

We pray, we live, on your strength to never fall apart.

You remove all the obstacles and make us believe in your love and power,

Hey Ganesha hey Vinakaya, your name is always mightier.

With love in eyes and prayers in heart, I bow to you hey Ganarayaa

Crossing all oceans and sitting on eagle ata USA la pan luvkar yaaa, Ganapati Bappa Moryaa..!!

(Ata USA la pan lukar ya= Do come fast to USA as well)

School had begun…

The drizzling of the winds on the glossy wall,

Marked the signs that rains had called.

With them came one more surprise

which all the students had cherished in disguise

The month of June had already arrived

With schools in India flocked in stride.

Making their way in those heavy showers

Parents took their *’Bachas’ with all their parental powers

Some walked with umbrellas

while some loved the showers,

some had their raincoats

while some like me tossed paper boats.

We reached school with all those efforts

meeting new faces and remembering old ones.

The striking of the bell and the start of our prayers

Making me realize, It was a sign, the School had begun..

Years went by with those memories

As I had moved in a new geography.

The month of August had incepted

with my school in US started as expected.

I didn’t find any those showers here

But was greeted with the sun shining over.

The pranks in school bus were like an act of kind

While here in the bus I entered with a strange feeling in mind

Entering the campus I entered the lecture hall

Unlike in India here things were huge and tall.

Arranging some sheets arrived our Professor

Spelling our names differently, we laughed at sir.

The session went on with no one paying attention

The talks of the class were never in unison.

Thinking this fact, my mind tossed and ran

Now I realized, The School had began !!
